Ticket pricing includes entry to 1-day event, lunch, and snacks. Travel, and accommodations are not included. A healthy lunch, coffee/tea, and treats provided.

Where will the event take place?
The entire event will take place at a beautiful, peaceful location in Avila Beach, San Luis Obispo. Once tickets are purchased, we will email the exact location.
Will meals be provided during the event?
Your event ticket does include tea/coffee snacks and a light organic lunch. If you have allergies and/or special requests we recommend bringing your own meal and/or there are many restaurants within a short drive from the venue. We will break for lunch during the event.
What is the refund policy?
All tickets are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your ticket you may attempt to sell it to another participant (like-minded woman) who will be a good fit for this type of event. Please, before attempting to transfer, email us at support@saragarofalo.com
What to bring?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and bringing your yoga mat, water bottle, and a journal.
